The RSPCA Clinic
Our animal clinic is in Crescent Parade, Hillingdon, and treats over 4,000 animals a year. It is run by staff and volunteers. The clinic offers neutering, microchipping and treatments or operations at subsidised rates to promote responsible pet ownership and assist owners on low income such as the elderly or families struggling to make ends meet.
We provide subsidised veterinary care for pets owned by individuals living within our catchment area who receive specific means-tested benefits. Clients must register, be over 18, and provide proof of benefits, such as Universal Credit or income support. The clinic operates by appointment for eligible low-income pet owners
RSPCA Rehoming Facility
Our rehoming facility is near Denham, and it rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs, cats and small furries that it takes in from the local area.
Our animals also come from the RSPCA inspectorate and mistreated or abandoned animals including pets whose owners suffer ill health, financial difficulties or pass away. Many have had a difficult time, and our aim is to ensure that their next home is a loving one for life.
Over 400 animals find their new forever home each year.

Visit Our Charity Shops
Our shops are the heartbeat of our local fundraising. Every purchase fuels the life-saving work of our clinic and rehoming centre. Our shops accept donations including clothing, shoes, linens, toys and bric-a-brac. We can also accept some small furniture items by prior arrangement.
Gift Aid - we would love any donors who are UK taxpayers to sign up for Gift Aid when they bring donated goods into us, as we can claim an extra 25p for each £1 from the government.
